Our Process

JB Contracting, LLC has utilized the outlined remodeling method to great success, as it ensures projects are carried out in an organized and comprehensive manner so that progress is efficient. By beginning with a thorough pre-design stage, JB Contracting, LLC can accurately assess client needs and preferences, establish clear project goals, and create a solid foundation for remodeling. The detailed design phase allows for informed decision-making regarding materials, finishes, and fixtures while keeping the project budget and schedule in mind.

This process involves identifying client needs, preferences, and design inspirations; conducting site analysis and assessment of existing conditions; developing preliminary budget estimations and timelines; reviewing building codes, zoning, and other regulations; and finally establishing project goals and scope.
